Refund policy

All products are hand-crafted to order for personal care and cannot be hygienically resold/reused; unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  
Please do not send your purchase back to The Occasion; they will not be returned and must be destroyed.

Returned/refused packages (due to incorrect address info or taxes owed) will be reshipped at the buyer's expense. We can only hold packages for 30 days, awaiting reship payment. After that, your order will be closed. Returned/refused packages are not eligible for a refund. See refund policy. 

 

In the case of cancel orders - If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
