How to use

  • Gently push back your cuticles
  • File then buff the tops of your natural nails
  • Wipe your nails thoroughly with the alcohol wipe.
  • Apply the glue, position it correctly, then put on the nails and hold it for 15 seconds.
  • Stay away from contact with water for at least 30 minutes for better hold!
  • You are now Ready To Go!

Shipping

We ship all orders with USPS and ship from Fridley, Minnesota. *Please note that processing time does NOT include shipping time. Again, the current process time for all handmade sets is 3-4 days.

US First Class Mails- 1-5 days

US Priority Mails- 1-3 days

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow the stated number of days for delivery after production time. Verify with USPS projected delivery prior to completing the purchase transaction.

Orders will ship to the address on file. For security reasons, The Occasion does not change addresses once a sale has been verified and approved via bank card services. Please visit your local USPS office to request an address forwarding if necessary. If your order has not yet shipped, and you wish to change the delivery address- you will need to: change the address on file, re-purchase with the new address, and request a cancelation. Cancelations are approved case by case and only after a re-order is placed, & bank approves with the new address. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure an accurate, current, and safe delivery address. 

Returned/refused packages (due to incorrect address info) will be reshipped at the buyer's expense. The Occasion can only hold parcels for 30 days, awaiting reship payment. After that, your order will be closed. Returned/refused packages are not eligible for a refund. See refund policy.

Return policy

All products are hand-crafted to order for personal care and cannot be hygienically resold/reused; unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  
Please do not send your purchase back to The Occasion; they will not be returned and must be destroyed.

In the case of cancel orders - If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. 
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
